Talex Media does not send unsolicited commercial email advertising about talexmedia.com, and does not permit anyone else to do so on our behalf.
Who we email about this website:
We reference talexmedia.com only in correspondence with people who have an existing relationship with us: someone who has booked a meeting with us, replied to us, requested material from us, or subscribed to receive it. We do not advertise talexmedia.com to people who have not asked to hear from us.
Lists:
We do not buy, rent, scrape, harvest, or exchange email lists. We do not send to addresses obtained from any third-party list vendor.
Third parties and affiliates:
We have no affiliate programme. No agency, contractor, reseller, or other third party is authorised to promote talexmedia.com by email. Anyone who does so is acting without our permission and against this policy, and we will act to stop it as soon as we are made aware.
Opting out:
Every message we send identifies Talex Media, comes from a named person at a working reply address, and includes a way to opt out. We honour opt-out requests immediately and permanently, whether they arrive through an unsubscribe link or as a plain reply. We keep a suppression list and do not re-add anyone to it.
Reporting a problem:
If you received email advertising talexmedia.com that you did not ask for, please send it to us with full headers at info@talexmedia.com. We will investigate it, remove the address, and tell you what we found.
